Returns & Refunds
Every Evori Glow piece is sewn by hand in small batches at our studio in Vietnam. Because return shipping to Vietnam is slow and costly, we don’t accept physical returns. Here’s what that means for you.
Please check your size before you order
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges because an item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind. The exception is customers in the UK and Europe (see below). Every product page lists the body measurements each size fits. Not sure which size to choose? Message us at contact@evoriglow.com or on Instagram @evoriglow before you order, and we’ll help you pick the right one.
Faulty, damaged, wrong or lost items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, and you won’t need to send anything back. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll do the same. This applies wherever you are, and it doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Customers in the UK and Europe
If you live in the UK, the EU, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, use the cancellation link on your order status page, or email us at contact@evoriglow.com with your order number. We’ll confirm by email. We’ll then refund the item price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days. You don’t need to send the item back.
Cancelling before your order ships
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us and we’ll cancel it with a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled, except under the UK and Europe section above.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
